Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, LTL Home Products (“LTL”) warrants each new LTL Door and accessory to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. LTL assumes no obligation to correct defects caused by improper installation or unreasonable use ( including without limitation physical abuse or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance). LTL’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair, free of charge, of any defect part which shall, within warranty year (see warranty) from the date of purchase from LTL, (Third Party Sellers and damages incurred by such parties not included under Warranty) be returned to the company at the address set fourth below, correctly packaged for safe shipment, with transportation charges prepaid by the Person returning the Product.

No product covered by this warranty may be returned to LTL without prior written authorization from LTL. LTL accepts no responsibility or liability for products returned without such authorization. Requests for such authorization should be addressed to : LTL Home Products, 125 Route 61 Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972 and must include a statement as to the nature of the asserted defect and the name and address of the person to whom the repaired part is to be returned.  Requests may also be submitted via email to

LTL makes no other express warranty whatsoever: the duration of any implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the respective time period of the express warranties set forth above and LTL shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages where the loss is of a commercial nature.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
